This moron driver double parked in the middle of the road opposite a school entrance for a full 30 minutes. Blocked High Street and caused traffic chaos. Selfish act put children at risk as vehicles mounted pavement.

This driver has no respect for their neighbors and continues to park on white lines and in front of no parking signs blocking driveways, what an idiot.
