Driver is lazy and has a lack of understanding of the highway code. Drove over 10+ miles in lane 3 of a 4 lane motorway (M1) while lane 1 and 2 where clear... only moving over due to roadworks and the lane he was in was closing.

No indicating whatsoever whilst going right at roundabout. Also I had to brake sharply when they made a late left turn, only remembering the indicator once they had started turning - thankfully I wasn't following too close behind

I came across this vehicle driving in the opposite lane, dangerously overtaking another vehicle, almost causing serious front-end collision with my vehicle.
I was driving straight ahead, seeing driver of Peugeot Boxer overtaking another vehicle on the bend, with zero visibility. This caused me to break to almost a standstill, afraid of my life and wellbeing.
