This vehicle in Ware, Herts has an illegal modification to the number plate to make it read ‘ROOSTER’. The owner has added two black dots to the letter F to make it look like an E from a distance. I’m sure the owner of RO05 TER would be delighted to receive a ticket through the post in error!

Watched this rider doing 70+ in a posted 40mph zone. Undertaking and weaving through cars at speed on a dual carriageway. How they aren't dead yet or the bike hasn't been wrote off is a mystery.
