Speeding (to a point) but then tailgating the vehicle in front along Bowerham Road in Lancaster.
It was mostly the tailgating which was the issue. If he had driven at that speed with nobody in front then I wouldn’t have commented - it is when they get up the backsides of others keeping closer to the speed limit which I don’t like.
