This showy driver tailgating and aggressive acceleration to overtake near the Singleton traffic lights, Poulton-le-Fylde.
He seems to always push his way in front than go with the flow and make a manoeuvre when it is safe. In other words he barges his way forward expecting others to get out of his way!!!

He must have transferred those plates to a black BMW 3/4 coupe. Today he overtook 7 cars + today in a 40 zone, doing at least 70mph, straight into a stretch where visibility ahead disappears. Reported to NYC, one other witness did the same.
