He must have transferred those plates to a black BMW 3/4 coupe. Today he overtook 7 cars + today in a 40 zone, doing at least 70mph, straight into a stretch where visibility ahead disappears. Reported to NYC, one other witness did the same.

Driving like a bellend, undertook me on a single lane section of road and only got one car ahead. Saw him fly through the lights as they changed and when I came round the corner he had obviously hit someone's van as both vehicles were pulled over and drivers were checking bumper of van for damage. Pillock.
