This moron overtook me when I was doing 40mph in a 40mph limit, narrowly missing a vehicle coming the other way. They then got stuck at the next set of traffic lights and various other junctions, one of which I sailed straight past them. They achieved nothing from that idiotic maneuver yet could have caused a really bad accident. What is going through these people's minds?

Woman was tapped from behind under clutch control, we both got out no problems the moved our I damaged cars to a side lane to exchange details. Wanting to preserve my no claims I offered to have it inspected and repaired at a dealership of her choice. Gradually the situation developed to “no we must go through the insurance” so I called mine who told me that as there was no damage to my car my no claims may be affected but I had no excess to pay as it was 3rd party damage (A small scratch if that) so it ended up she I put a personal claims injury for god knows what as she was fine at the time. Lesson learned even though it’s a small deal always get a witness to prove both drivers were fit and if sound mind to take care of this between us. Could have cost me big bucks but I’d expect my premium to go up next year but she’d be wise never to be behind me. I’ll just pull the brake light fuse, check for witnesses and hammer on the anchors. What goes around comes around eventually. Good things come to those who wait. I’ll get her back if anything for the personally injury claim that’s just not on.
