She is one of the worst female drivers I have ever witnessed. I often wonder if she is driving under the influence of drink or drugs? Not only is she a danger to herself and the children she has in the car with her but to other road users and pedestrians. I don't know how the local police havnt caught her yet. Maybe a quick call to enlighten them of this situation that happens on a daily basis. Keep out of your car when drinking or taking your amphetamines Louise Fulton!

This woman is often leaving her house and driving when she has clearly been drinking. More often than not she has her 2 boys in the car also. She reeks of alcohol on the morning school run and seems to think this acceptable.

As one of her neighbours I see this disgusting female often driving with her 3 children in the car while she is clearly drunk!!! The police she be notified of her drunken antics and her licence needs taken from her!!! YES LOUISE FULTON/CARINI WE ARE WATCHING YOU!!

So the camera car was doing 70 mph on a 50 mph stretch of road, recording the video on a mobile phone as they were driving? With that amount of shaking, that's definitely not a windscreen mounted camera.
