I was driving home from work and then this van try’s to cause an accident he also has no mot reported to the police plus the incident happened in February 2021 still has no mot as of June 2021

Dawdles along at 27 in a 40mph, drifting from white line to kerb & back repeatedly - clearly not paying any attention to the road.
Rolls to a stop for a red light entirely over the white line, so he know cant see the lights anymore. After being beeped to get going he rolls through the junction at ~3mph and stops virtually all other traffic from getting through.
Incompetent areshole.
