This driver was heading towards Morecambe along the promenade by West End and was in the right hand land upon approach to the traffic lights at Aldi. Because they changed to red and there were several cars in front, he weaved into the left lane and when the lights changed to green started aggressively to get in front and cut in front rather close to the vehicle to his right.
Typical case of impatient driving and weaving between lanes to undertake. Almost caused an accident.

At 8 o’clock today (28th Jan) I was heading towards Lytham and had stopped at the traffic lights. I saw the lights change to green for the side roads when this Renault driver coming from the opposite direction blatantly jumped the lights which had been on red long enough for him to come to a safe stop as I had already stopped and the lights turn red simultaneously both ways. Obviously, red traffic lights don’t mean “STOP” to this driver.
Why are there so many twisted drivers like this one who think they are a cut above the law or whatever it is which makes them behave this way?

Dawdles along at 27 in a 40mph, drifting from white line to kerb & back repeatedly - clearly not paying any attention to the road.
Rolls to a stop for a red light entirely over the white line, so he know cant see the lights anymore. After being beeped to get going he rolls through the junction at ~3mph and stops virtually all other traffic from getting through.
Incompetent areshole.
