Horrendous, embarrassing driver.
Bloke in his late 50s or so, playing around with his phone through the entire roadworks section on the M1, before launching to 80, missing a hatchback by about an inch trying to get past while someone else was merging, then drove along trying to use the guttering section by the divider to overtake people!
Will cause a serous accident sooner or later.

This girl was trying to park for 30 minutes she hit a tree 2 cars and a disabled lady and proceeded to drive off !!!!
