I was driving from Bay Horse Road towards Lancaster on Proctor Moss Road and driving up the hill where Hazelrigg Lane meets it and has a Give Way notice.
As I got to the stretch just before the junction I could see it was clear and then this Van appears and pulls out in front of me. He didn’t give way to check if anything was coming but pulled out as if he had right of way. His driving along Blea Tarn Road into Lancaster wasn’t the best of standards.

Pulls out from side road on Bloomfield Road without giving way to approaching traffic then speeds to Park Road traffic lights to get through green.
