She drove at 19mph in a 30 zone at 9am rush hour, she wafted her hand at me to back off, I wafted my hand back at her to move forward, there was a trail of cars behind me, we followed her from Longstone to Napier University where I managed to pass her when the road split, she made a lot of drivers, including myself, very frustrated and late.
