Hogging lane 3 of M5 south near frankley services doing less speed than lane two, when I looked across he was using TWO mobile phones, one in each hand and steering with sides of wrists. The vehicle must weigh over two tonne - he should have his license taken away.

Stupid driving. Why cut infront of me without using indicators?? There literally there for THAT REASON... if you want to change lanes then indicate don't just swerve infront of me. Caught on dashcam...
