Parked on the pavement at a busy road. This picture was taken by a disabled woman using a mobility scooter. She had to go out onto a very busy road with her assistance dog to get past this inconsiderate driver.

Stupid woman overtakes traffic which doesn't exist and hogs right hand lane on A92.
Then brake checks, and after being flashed to remind her of my presence she then proceeds to get her phone out and start taking photos of my car, then undertakes (when I came upon traffic) and takes photos with flash using her phone again.
Idiot, who needs to get to a garage as off side brake light is out! Hope she gets rear ended the next time she tries it!
