This kid needs his license taking off him he has just nearlly caused 2 serious accidents over taking on double white lines and then tried to over take me when there was another oncoming car then kept flashibg his full beam lights at me!he drives a red fiat punto with a big L plate on!!

Anyone else seen this car parked in the bottom end of maryhill tesco carpark? Parks several times a day for a few hours each time mostly. Not a private taxi and sits with engine running. I walked by with friends dog he picked up the paper to read behind after doing the same for the three hours before this and on previous visits the same day.

Very good driver he let me out at a junction and for a young lad you don't get many of them that would do that
