Thanks for posting. This defies belief.. did you see the way he/she moving into oncoming traffic, and all for what? When I am on my bike I get this all the time.. someone trying to over-take me when there is stationary traffic ahead. They seem to think that because the Highway Code says "your should" not instead of "you must not", that this is somehow an instruction to do it, and yet I doubt very much they'd do it to another car. Oh, but it's only a cyclist to them, right? No. Cyclist needs at least as much space. At least you know how to drive mate..

Yes it's wrong to brake check any vehicle (especially a heavy fuel tanker) but what did the fuel tanker driver do prior to "encourage" such idiocy?
Will refuse to vote as my suspicion is probably the fuel tanker indicated and immediately moved into lane 2 without properly checking their mirrors. Enough said

The OP should report this to police if not already. His saying that cyclists shouldn't be on the road will probably earn a letter from plod. Not that he'd care by the look of it, but hey ho.
