Where was this? Wonder if it was the same Muslim driver? caught in Birmingham a few days ago for thinking it was OK to park on a roundabout. Similar type of car and by the looks of things a similar entitled attitude.
nope, biker is in the right, you cant just blindly pull out, theres a bend in the road so the driver couldnt have seen much of the truck, if any at all. There could also be cyclists nipping through the gap, he should have checked to his right just as you would normaly.
You will also see that the motor cyclist is so concerned with his hand gestures he almost drives into the hedge! You will also notice that the motor cyclist overtakes the car and then goes at some speed further up the road before turning and parking his bike to block traffic and remonstrate with the car driver. Inexplicably he then TURNS BACK in the direction he came from!
Actually, the motor cyclist cannot be viewed as harmless in this situation. He clearly comes around a blind corner, accelerating, when the Nissan driver is already slowly maneuvering out from the side road given his vision of oncoming traffic is restricted by parked cars. The hand gestures by the motor cyclist inflamed the situation unnecessarily. The motor cyclist is not a victim in this situation but a part of the problem.
I would also say that going the wrong way around a roundabout is not especially clever either.
