This guy is a wreck less driver and needs to be taken off the road as soon as possible. He ran my friend's (maleek) foot over before crashing into a wall at about 120 mph. Please sort this guy out asap

You have GOT to be kidding me..this is a joke, right? I've been to Dudley in the West Midlands several times including that bloody Merry Hill shopping centre. Anyway, if you look at that new-fangled thing in the background called a round-a-bout, you can clearly see a HUGE and UNQUE metal work of art.
Do I REALLY have to spell this out? It's the GOD-DAMN round-a-bout near Pear Tree Lane FFS! How can you miss it? I mean seriously, is your geography and powers of deduction so bad..or is a case you don't give a crap because someone isn't being offended on the Internet..someone of a particular demographic.
