Idiot. Decides to overtake two cars at 60+ speed, on a narrow road, into oncoming traffic. Then later, decides to pop a U-turn in the middle of a busy road at speed. Almost crashed into the back on him. Shouldn't be driving.

The police believe that the true number of incidents caused by mobile phone use could be much higher than recorded.
I'm guessing if someone you knew was killed or severely injured by someone driving and using their mobile you might think twice - do you really want to lose someone before the message gets sunk in?
It's not difficult to understand or fix - get a handsfree kit and put your mobile out of arms reach before you kill an innocent person
