I'm guessing if someone you knew was killed or severely injured by someone driving and using their mobile you might think twice - do you really want to lose someone before the message gets sunk in?
It's not difficult to understand or fix - get a handsfree kit and put your mobile out of arms reach before you kill an innocent person

Idiot hunt saboteur/vegan nutters driving on private farm land and getting stuck in fields and grass verges. This woman drove flat out down a private road for about 1/2 a mile then through a private farm yard endangering the lives of children and free roaming animals and then crashed into a field. A few weeks later she was found on the wrong side of the road with her car in a ditch on a quiet country lane.
