This Driver tried to run over a young gir today 18/10/2016 , i was riding my bike and I approach him and then hi tried to run me over too, then the traffic light was in red and he started to insult me in a strange language i think it was arabic.
The woman driving this was truly horrendous, about 3 times the speed limit in a built up area with a woman 2 kids and a pram walking along street
No knowledge of speed or limit when challenged even though it's paint on road
I'll leave the photos to explain.
Driver fled the scene.
