Appalling driving - five cars back from red traffic lights, couldn't be bothered to wait for them to move when the lights went green, overtook them all and screeched off down the road (in a 20mph zone)

This person pulled out in front of me at Bonnybridge toll, causing me to break hard then proceeded to drive at 20 miles an hour or under but couldn't manage to stay on their own side of the road & was all over the place.

Very good driver stopped at red lights was very careful about the surroundings. I live in their neighbourhood
