In slow moving traffic, they found reverse rather than 1st nearly hitting the car behind. Proceeded to kangaroo hop the car down the road like never driven before then only just managed to stop before hitting a car at a junction.

White Peugeot RCZ in front of me in queued traffic, was on her phone all the time & using the other hand to wipe down her dash with a white tissue...which she then threw out of her window on to the road!

Ignored a no-entry sign to drive down a one-way section of road the wrong way and then turned right out of East Crosscauseway onto St Leonard's street at 13:50 on 18th July 2015.
