i seen this driver they went through 4 red lights and went 70mph down puplic streets they need to be taken off the road

Earlier today I got stuck behind this car at Mcdonalds drive thru he caused a massive hold up as they wouldn't serve him any oats. As I was looking through the rear window I could see his hairline was receeding faster than he was driving. I followed him down a few roads until we reached a park where many children were playing, when he got out of the car I was shocked to see that it was Norris Cole.
