Drive into a petrol station with the horn blowing. The station will have cameras and potential witnesses. Ideally drive to a police station but that always isn't feasible. Idiot driver! Not got a clue! Driving a huge motorway maintenance lorry not having any consideration for anyone else on the road. This guy is going to kill someone!
