Complete bellend. Came round a corner too fast, mounted kerb making me have to move out the way, parked in a disabled bay without a badge, then said "I saw you" when I moaned. Doesn't even have tax either!

Runs a red light turning right Southside to Annfield at Crown Court Hotel lights, cutting between two cars. Turns right onto Old Edinburgh Road, blind overtakes cyclist into first bend which causes an oncoming car to take avoiding action. Still on the bend turns right into Muirfield Road, rendering the overtake risky and unnecessary.
