Absolute idiot teen.
Driving home from work and all down the road the left lane is straight and the right lane is right only.
there are 2 of these on Bury and Rochdale Old Road heading in to bury.
At both instances, the car was in the right-hand lane, which is a right turn only, When the lights were on red the driver proceded to slowly creep forward and move over in to the left lane going in front of the queue and past the stopping line to then go staright, this happend twice, purposefully jumping the queue and shooting off and driving at roughly 60MPH in a 40 zone, Shame my dashcam wasn't running or I would have submitted this.
The only good thing about this was that the Vehicle was Insured and Taxed if it was to be in an accident.
