Concerned that this young lady drives like she hasn't passed her test very long and was sat on her phone in traffic this morning, missing when the cars in front moved. Obviously the threat of 6 points and a £200 fine doesn't concern her. If this was my daughter i would want to know. Wish i had a dash cam!
