This man clearly has no idea what the idea of 'give way' means even when its marked on the ground for all the world to see, not A clever idea to pull out un front of A 7.5 tonne lorry yet he did it without an issue, even A cheeky finger as he went past and whilst we were behind him. I hope that his reason or breaking the speed limits along A one way street is perfectly justifiable, I personalu would say it was reckless and stupid but hey ho!

10.30 on the road from Shirenewton to Chepstow. Black Mitsubishi tailgated me through the village 30mph zone and then shot past after demarcation sign. He then tailgated a red River and forced the driver to stop and then overtook and drive along the 40mph bends at well over 60. We found him parked in the Budgens carpark. A middle aged man who obviously has no concern for those driving SAFELY. If he a located!, he should know the road and not be driving so fast. If not a local, he should be driving at the speed limit. I am considering reporting him to the police.

Purpously drove out of his way to soak me with a huge puddle then drive off when he realised i am not some idiot who will do nothing.
