This driver is a great person I was across the street and i saw him or her driving at the speed limit past. Soon after they parked in an available parking spot to then help an elderly women cross the road
Terrible driving, does not indicate where they go! Nearly ran over my 7-month old baby! Also, gave me the finger when they were going 70 mph, in a 150 metre avenue! Outraged!
