All of your complaints are valid, but you don't coat yourself in glory by hard accelerating up to 50 in an urban town center. You had to display something in slow motion, which kind of proves my point really.

Looks like a potential drug dealer the way he's driving - if not a dealer a crack head.
Hope he's got a driving licence but especially insurance because some poor innocent victim will need financial help soon.

Although the driver overtook a little close IMHO (as a former keen cyclist) it wasn't close enough for the cyclist to attempt to challenge the driver.
This cyclist seems to be looking for his 15mins of fame and it's celebrated with a glass of piss.
Don't try so hard cyclist you'll get the viral video soon but if you continue like this it'll probably be where you do get thumped
