Absolute idiot. Parks a mile away from the junction, waits forever and a day (probably because they can't see due to parking so bloody far from the junction) to take their turning with absolutely nothing coming and then when they finally do decide to go - oncoming traffic had to jam on the brakes.

Normally I wouldn’t say anything but whoever drives this, don’t use your phone while in moving traffic… at a roundabout where you need to focus … don’t risk rear ending an innocent person. Car is 3 different shades of white too so I suspect he crashes a lot
