Driving with no belt whilst carrying phone, clearly willing to use his phone if it's in his hand. Seen at Peterborough Rivergate on 6th August at 15:30. The van comes back as untaxed since November 2017.

Awful driving. Can't stay in one lane, swearing and worst of all, constantly on their phone and doing make-up with children in the back.

This lorry hit my car at the weekend and drove away. His insurance are now claiming it wasn’t even on the road. The police are now having to deal with it.
