She had to park here to unload her shopping rather than walk about 20 paces up from a sensible parking spot on the road.
This is a designated footpath (blocked at one end) and not your personal parking space because you're too lazy to walk a bit further.

Driving with no belt whilst carrying phone, clearly willing to use his phone if it's in his hand. Seen at Peterborough Rivergate on 6th August at 15:30. The van comes back as untaxed since November 2017.

Just went through a red light on a pedestrian crossing on Eccles Old Road, then turned right through a red light onto Half Edge Lane, towards Minton Eccles.
