Both these incidents were from different people? Then it may be the case this driver (if you can call them that) is local. Wonder if the local beat bobby knows them..perhaps they have form. Whatever the case, I would strongly recommend getting camera footage which could possibly be used as evidence to secure a conviction. I have zero respect for people who drive like this.

Can't see the issue here myself, he passed you safely and did not impede your progress. It was a dashed line with good visibility. any suggestion of speeding is conjecture.

I would have eased off the gas more.. create a bigger gap between yourself and the lorry. Chances are the lorry wanted to be in the same lane anyway.
