May be the slowest driver in the history of driving. Doing 18 MPH in a 30 through the whole of Morpeth, Northumberland. Also doing 30 in a 50 from the Pegswood roundabout down Whorral Bank. If you’re not confident enough of competent enough to drive at the speed limit (which is safe to do on that particular road), then you shouldn’t be driving. Going slow is just as dangerous. People fail their driving test for going too slow. Awful driver.

Bellend parked right up on the pavement on the corner of a four-way mini roundabout junction, just because he needed to be a few metres closer to the takeaway restaurant. Get a grip man.
