The driver of this car failed to stop for a vehicle with the right of way and nearly caused an accident. Needs to understand what GIVE WAY means and stop flying out of side roads without slowing down and checking it’s clear/safe.
Drives just under the limit and constantly brakes to annoy cars behind. Then races neck and neck when you try to legally overtake on a dual carriageway, then putting you at danger. Has the nerve to have a note on his car saying I'm sticking to the limit, but far exceeds it when no one is following for him to annoy. Dangerous little saddo.
