Driving like a complete twat around bath, swerving in between lanes in the busy town centre as they wish. Failed to stop for a small group of pedestrians at a zebra crossing; almost ran them over. Has zero lane discipline whatsoever.
And then to top it off, they sped off and did 40MPH in a 30. Dangerous idiot needs to have their licence revoked, before they kill someone.

Driving along on his phone straight threw the red light and almost hits a bus coming from the left nice bit of harsh breaking leaves him sitting in the junction with cars having to go around him. Maybe next time put the phone Down!
