Drove at a ridiculous speed in the hashed area that gets thinner to become a single line to separate the lanes (slip road off M11). He had to suddenly pull in or he would have hit oncoming traffic. This was to simply to overtake 2 cars. Then he tried to pull out inappropriately on the motorway to overtake and nearly caused an accident but not one would let him out. Then he pulled out in front of us and we had to slam our breaks on.
Reckless and a bad driver.
