I couldn't get by with my buggy due to inconsiderate parking. Pavement parking like this should be illegal. How would someone go forward in a wheelchair without putting themselves at risk by going on the road?!

Dual carriageway, roadworks ahead with 50mph restrictions in place. This complete moron decides he doesn't want to be behind an HGV, so he floors it to pass, only to drop to 35 throughout the roadworks.
