Obviously feels more need to be protected from road users by only having the minimum on the road.
Pavement users should show their rights of access on the pavement by leaving their mark and hopefully get the message over that it is obstruction.

its true, dogs dont sweat and i hate the things. Theyre just wolves. Nothing good about them at all. They bite you, they growl, they attack children, they attack smaller animals, they poop everywhere, they run in the road at bikers and cyclists, horrible things. That being said, i would have still broken the window as im a nice person. So what if the police try to fine me? i'd just put my bike helmet on....

Illegally? I thought it was store police and not law. Not that I am knocking you, by the way. Some people are just plain selfish.
