I really hope the cops show some interest in dangerous drivers like this. You don't have to drive fast to be a danger to others.
The police have all the evidence they need to prosecute this guy for dangerous driving /driving without due care etc.
He is much more of a hazard than someone doing a few MPH over the limit.

The MOT expired on 30th Jan. small print of insurance states it is also uninsured. Lets get it crushed so they can not cause any further issues on the road
