I think you should be asking yourself that question to be honest, Mr YK51OEM. Clearly aggressive beeping (just where did you expect to go?) near a cross..under-cutting..driving one way whilst looking another (notice the car lurch under braking as he almost takes the silver car out)..verbal abuse (Section 59 Public Order).. and also naturally, the Car Tax which you have not apparently renewed.
All this driving because YOU couldn't wait to turn into a side road - stop acting like a spoilt child? A dangerous one at that (hint: that's not a badge of honour here in the adult world).

I'm not sure the police would allow access to such information, unless charges were filed. Perhaps someone with more knowledge can enlighten us.
I do know that from the reg you can find out certain, pertinent details regarding the car..
YF52 OBL is a Red 2003 Vauxhall Astra Sri Dti with a numberplate first registered in LEEDS between September 2002 and February 2003.
This Hatchback was first used on the road on Wednesday 29th January 2003.
I can also tell you that YF52 OBL was last taken in for an MOT on Mon 5th January 2015 (pass). However, I do not know if it was the same driver as naturally ownership of the car could have changed hands.

The police response also annoys me, to be honest. Don't they have a duty to follow up such reports.. a duty of car, to protect and to serve? An oath they swore when they took the job?
