I was doing 31 mph in a 30 mph zone, and this clever clogs decided to overtake me,
they then got caught behind a car and a lorry and proceeded to swerve into the other side of the road trying to overtake them both.

Using Halfords spare parts online database, I found that the first letter of the registration must be V. YK54 CHL doesn't exist but VK54 CHL does and belongs to a VW Golf GTI diesel registered in Worcester or thereabouts.
