Not only is the driver of this van a danger to everybody on the roads, as can be seen in the video of him/her overtaking on blind bends with no vision and solid double white lines but it also turns out this red Fiat Ducato van with the registration YS05ZFW hasn't been taxed in five and a half months!

This driver is a take away man that drives his car like a lunatic all day and terrible parking all over the village, on top of this he often cuts of any other vehicle as he speeds around dangerously causing crashes, recently nearly knocking my friend of his bicycle whilst he was waiting on the pavement.
