It is not ok to cross into the inner lane of a dual carriage way from a slip road. There is no way you can see other cars if you do that. That is why you almost crashed into me today. Idiot waiting at junctions goes to pull out and anchors up. People stopping to let out wouldn't pull out.
Then tearing down road at 20-30 over speed limit and cut someone up so close they nearly took them out. Then struggling at next roundabout. Shouldn't be on the road
