This moron needs to be sectioned. Tailgating and flashing headlights before switching to full beam. I couldn't see where i was going so gently slowed down and stopped at the side of the road, almost getting rear ended as the clown wasn't paying attention. When he reversed back and drew alongside, started hurling abuse along the lines of "you're only effing doing effing 40 in a effing 60". Yes, because I was leaving a safe distance from the potential drink driver in front and extending the safety distance further due to the tailgating clown behind!
He was driving aggressively towards the car behind me until it turned off at the previous roundabout, then took it out on me instead.

One of the worst drivers ive ever seen.
Cuts accross 3 lanes of traffic causing me to have to anchor up and have to go 15mph less than everyone else.
Then cuts back across 3 lanes in heavy traffic making people have to anchor up
Literally should not be on the road.
