Just clocked this van too. Blocking traffic in Rottingdean just now. Blocking the path way so people had to cross the road to walk. No respect at all.

Sorry but legally your worse than him if you overtook on the left, in the photo there is nothing in the right lane so why didn't you use that lane to pass? His crime is lane-hogging which has a max penalty of £100 fine and 3 points, your crime however is dangerous drivering which carry a penalty of up to 9 points, a disqualification and £5000 fine. Two wrongs don't make a right, even more so when your wrong is a lot worse than his.
