Sorry but this appears to be needless aggression on your part: too fast, failure to stop on red. The car in front might have been focused mainly on the lights changing and NOT expecting you to be up their ass because you were going so fast. Needless aggression mate.
Sorry but you sped up to get through the lights despite them being on red.... If you've got a dash cam then you need to realise you will catch yourself out IF YOU ARE A CRAP DRIVER YOURSELF
