He is a driving instructor and I have passed him 2 times with him on his phone and driving like a complete idiot going way over the speed limit and cutting people up.

Completely erratic driver. Driving 25- 30ish mph in a 60 zone so you're inadvertently driving close behind and then speeds off so you think he's gone and then breaks so you're stuck up his arse and repeats this.
We pulled over for a raging police bmw and then they tried cutting in front of us, almost hittijg our front right and proceeded to tailgate us with their lights off. Eventually sped past us (with lights off) and then honked us out
This guy reversed into my dad while my dad was standing on the pavement and then shouted abuse, only to follow on to physically attack him and try to take my dads phone because he found out my dad was taking photos of the car. My dad is 65 years old and has osteoarthritis and is in a lot of pain after this incident
