Reported to the police. Mid 30's with brown hair and brown beard. White male. Also a child which seemed to be under the age of 10 with blonde hair. Ran someone over the east lancs way heading towards bolton and Preston. Tried to get the offending male to pull over but he would not and kept speeding off. Clearly knows he ran someone over or else you wouldn't try to run off from a car telling you to pull over. If you know you have done something wrong own up as you have caused injury to an innocent person! They were laying flat on road! Don't know if the pedestrian is okay as I was trying to get this person to pull over and ring the police. Driving like an utter dick and not only putting a pedestrians lives at danger but also a child! You have to be an absolute selfish asshole. Hopefully the police find the pedestrian and charge you with offences of hit and run, dangerous driving and take your licence away. People don't understand that the roads are not race tracks where you wish to drive like pricks. Be responsible!

I saw this old guy in his old car, which was a 2009 vauxhall vectra diesel, with the reg WP58 EXZ. I tried to race him on the stanningley bypass in my bmw 120i turbo hatchback. The speed limit was 50 mph and I was going 80 mph. But he sped past me and sped past a police speed camera van at least 120 mph but the camera couldn't capture his reg, because there was a big cloud of black, thick diesel smoke. I saw this old guy in his new toyota aygo with the reg YH17 FFG. And he wasn't such a boy racer as he has a slower car now. this is not sarcastic or fake. This is just my opinion on what a cool driver this guy is. :)

Lunatic driver in Shirley, Solihull. Tailgating, performs a dangerous over-take at high speed, nearly hits three cars including mine.
